We currently ship all over Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary for remote or rural areas.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities & rural areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging & Freshness

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged, spoiled, or broken nariyal

  • Missing or incorrect items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order
