At Nariyal Ghar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that all our products are fresh, high-quality, and carefully packed before delivery. Due to the nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Fresh Products Policy

Nariyal (coconuts) and coconut-based products are perishable items, therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered successfully.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for fresh coconuts unless there is a genuine issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You receive damaged, spoiled, or broken nariyal

  • You receive an incorrect product different from what you ordered

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared as proof

  • The issue must be reported before the product is consumed or used

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delay caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

  • Natural variations in size, color, or weight of coconuts

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
