Fresh Products Policy
Nariyal (coconuts) and coconut-based products are perishable items, therefore:

Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered successfully.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for fresh coconuts unless there is a genuine issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

You receive damaged, spoiled, or broken nariyal

You receive an incorrect product different from what you ordered
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared as proof

The issue must be reported before the product is consumed or used
Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Delay caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

Natural variations in size, color, or weight of coconuts

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
